About Us
Catherine Meyer is a Certified Professional Coach and organizational development consultant. For more than 10 years she has successfully helped leaders and entrepreneurs by utilizing her substantial experience both as a coach and executive team member in a broad range of industries, including health care, consumer products, technology, manufacturing, distribution, and multimedia. Some organizations she has worked with include small entrepreneurial businesses, such as Insight Sports and Gel Communications to larger corporations such as Philips Electronics, Hoffman La Roche, and CanWest.
Catherine specializes in helping organizations and their leaders achieve high levels of performance by leveraging and aligning the strength of their talent to meet organizations needs.
She has partnered with executive teams to identify critical business and human resource challenges, set strategic directions and develop organizational competencies to achieve success.
Her strengths in critical thinking, creativity and strategic planning and her in-depth knowledge of a broad range of Human Resource and Organization Development strategies are applied in assisting organizations to improve their performance in key areas, such as:

Catherine is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and has pursued her coaching certification through an ICF affiliated coaching institution. She adheres to the ICF Code of Conduct and Statement of Professional Ethics, which you may review on the ICF website: www.coachfederation.org.
Catherine is also a Certified Kolbe© and Hogan Consultant, fully licensed to utilize these assessment tools internationally.
Catherine has also been involved in supporting and volunteering with a number of charitable, community, and theatre organizations within the Greater Toronto Area
